The selected Respondent(s) will serve as a consultant engineering firm on various MCSD projects, where Respondent(s) may be called upon to provide construction quality control monitoring and materials testing. All testing and inspection must be conducted in accordance with the requirements and specifications of the construction contract for which the testing services are to be performed. The scope of services Respondent(s) may be requested to perform include, but are not limited to: 1. Geotechnical Exploration and Testing 2. Soils and Soil Bearing Testing 3. Penetration Testing 4.
