Specifications include, but are not limited to: Brevard County Purchasing Services, on behalf of the Emergency Management Office is soliciting bids from qualified Contractors to purchase a new HP Design Jet XL 3600 Multi-Function Printer series or a new Canon Prograph TX-3000 Multi-Function Printer to include an all-inclusive 5-year maintenance plan (to include consumables such as paper, ink cartridges, preventative maintenance, software updates, loaner plotter when printer is out of service), and 5-year warranty (or maximum manufacturer warranty, if less than 5 years), plus any Contractor specific warranties. Only one plotter shall be purchased. The Multi-Function Printer shall be able to scan to a network, an external drive and the cloud. The printer shall have cybersecurity elements to prohibit unauthorized access to the printer due to sensitive information. The awarded Contractor shall provide training for on the use for the Multi-Function Printer for 5-10 staff members.
