Specifications include, but are not limited to: Alachua County Board of County Commissioners (County) desires to engage a firm to implement a comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This includes project rollout, setup, configuration, implementation services, software licenses, staff training, and migration of existing content from the Countys Legacy Business System(s), including H.T.E. Inc., HRIS, NEOGOV, GovMax, EzStub and Telestaff. This new ERP solution will be provided in accordance with terms, conditions and specifications established herein. The general scope for this project includes: human resources, position control, applicant tracking, payroll, budgeting, purchasing, financial management, payables, general ledger, receivables, fixed assets, capital project management, grant management, fund based accounting, State of Florida reporting requirements, reporting tools for Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, and E-services (report generation, creation of standard documents, electronic workflow control and approval).
