It is the intent of Charlotte County to secure a firm price for the purchase of various float switches, on an “as required” basis, that will be utilized in the low-pressure sewer system for the Charlotte County Utilities Department. The County anticipates an estimated quantity of 2,400 of Float Switch – Pump Duty and 1,000 of Float Switch - Alarm per year. This amount is given for bidders’ guidance only. No minimum amount is guaranteed or implied. This bid award may result in similar quantities of purchases; however, this is not guaranteed. Purchase orders will be issued on an ‘as required’ basis.
