Specifications include, but are not limited to: A vendor to provide and install access control as an expansion to the existing Lenel system and a stand-alone Axis Video Management System for the Moncrief Community Center. This includes: Access Control • Head End - IT/Electrical Room 104 o Provide and install a TROVE1 M1 Enclosure with power supply, back-up battery and Lenel Intelligent Controller. Use the existing wall outlet for 120vac power. o Provide and install a CAT6 patch cable from the equipment enclosure to the network equipment rack, plug the cable into the customer designated switch port and program in the customer provided IP address. • Field Equipment o Provide and install a card reader, door status switch, RTE motion sensor, electrified strike and latch/pick guard on the IT/Electrical room entry door o Provide and install low-voltage cabling from the door to the security equipment enclosure. CCTV • Head End - IT/Electrical Room 104 o Provide and install an Axis S2208 Network Video Recorder into the existing wall mounted equipment rack. o Provide and install a CAT6 patch cable from the NVR to the customer designated switch port and program in the customer provided IP address. • Cameras o Provide and install a corner mounted 360 degree multi-sensor camera with corner mount, wall mount and pendant adapter in each of the exterior building corners (4). o Provide and install a ceiling mounted 360 degree multi-sensor camera in the Lounge area, slightly south of the east-west middle line of lounge so that the camera has full view of the kitchen and the lounge area. o Provide and install CAT6 cabling from each camera to the existing Leviton punch-down block. Provide and install CA T6 keystone blocks for each camera and a patch cable to patch the port to the customer designated network switch port. o Program the customer provided IP address into each camera.
