1. Planning Activities – develop, review and modify reports and analyses, service analysis and review to develop recommendations for service changes, creating technical and service development proposals for bids . 2. Data Collection and Analysis Activities – consultant may be required to provide program support and conduct data collection and analysis activities for the National Transit Database (NTD) and or other state and federal required collection and analysis reports. 3. Financial Analyses - Consultant may be required to conduct financial analyses and forecasting, identify revenue resources and review and update a cost allocation plan that is sufficient to meet the requirements of FTA and FDOT. The Consultant may find it necessary to obtain the resources of a licensed accounting firm to sub-contract all or portions of the Cost Allocation Plan. 4. Policy and Document Development and Review - Consultant may be required to help review manuals, plans, handbooks and help develop policy and procedures guidelines etc.; assist with state and federal grant programs; support and assist with transit issues and initiatives; review and update contract agreements. 5. Assisting with Public Involvement - Consultant may be required to conduct community surveys, assist in the development and implementation of general or specific public involvement activities; creating and maintaining online data products. The Consultant may be required to attend and present to various advisory committees.
