A. Monthly updates on the status of the research study to include reports on progress, materials gathered, estimated completion for subsequent month, and any issues that may hold up the final report. B. A complete and final Research Study that contains information on public grant processes in comparable-size municipalities to Jacksonville, Florida or beyond, that provide similar support to nonprofit agencies due November 1, 2024. 1. Exam best practices including processes related to grant applications, evaluations, scoring methodologies, and compliance requirements. 2. Review the findings of the PSG Process Improvement Taskforce, and PSG Agency Survey using these as a basis for possible process improvement. 3. Provide strategies to retain grantees and PSG Council full members on a year-to-year basis. 4. Examine existing PSG recipient data and make recommendations regarding the equity of the PSG processes. 5. Incorporate the Mayor transition team recommendations. C. PSG Council will require the Vendor to perform ad-hoc reports during the research time frame. D. PSG Council will also require an oral presentation upon completion.
