Provide comprehensive Information Technology (IT) services to support municipal operations, including the Indian Shores Police Department. The selected contractor will manage and support the Town’s IT infrastructure, systems, and applications, covering areas such as network infrastructure and security, virtual environments, storage systems, specialized servers, SaaS applications, patch management, disaster recovery, system monitoring, device management, and help desk support. Services will also include strategic IT planning, technical documentation, 24/7 monitoring, emergency response, and compliance with Florida Department of Law Enforcement Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) security requirements. The contractor must demonstrate expertise in law enforcement mobile data computing, public safety IT systems, and provide responsive, reliable service both remotely and on-site as needed.
