Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Florida Department of Health, Orange County Health Department, Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) has the need to purchase upgrades, modifications, enhancements, new licenses, annual software maintenance and support for the Department’s existing Provide® Enterprise software. The system will be used to assist FDOH-Orange CHD with the selection and implementation of a comprehensive HIV/AIDS care management data program including data entry, updating and scanning records, and generating required reports, including the annual RSR required by HRSA as needed for outside agencies or grantors. In accordance with Chapter 60A-1.045, Florida Administrative Code, the Florida Department of Health, Orange County Health Department, requests authorization to purchase, as a sole source, upgrades, modifications, enhancements, new licenses, annual software maintenance and support from Groupware Technologies, LLC. Groupware Technologies, LLC is sole manufacturer and provider of upgrades, modifications, enhancements, support services, and software license maintenance for their proprietary software system Provide Enterprise©. Groupware Technologies, LLC has exclusive rights to all upgrades, modifications, and enhancements, support services, and software license maintenance needed to maintain continuity of these integrated reporting systems.
