Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind seeks a highly qualified property appraiser to conduct a valuation of FSDB property for the purpose of updating the annual property survey submitted to the Department of Financial Services – Division of Risk Management Services. This assessment will be conducted on the FSDB campus at 207 San Marco Avenue, Saint Augustine, Florida 32084. Valuations must be conducted in alignment with the Division of Risk Management Property Manual. Valuations may include permanent buildings, temporary structures, hybrid structures, and building contents. Services will also include consultation with FSDB staff members in order to update agency information in the Origami application utilized by the Department of Risk Management.
