Specifications include, but are not limited to: Any firm or individual licensed to perform professional geotechnical and environmental consulting services in the State of Florida, with demonstrable professional experience and interest in providing these services to the City of Winter Park, is invited to submit a Letter of Interest and Response. For Geotechnical, consulting services for shall include, but not be limited to, engineering services pertaining to subsurface investigation, drilling, and analysis, soil property testing, construction and materials testing, foundation design analysis, pavement evaluation, permeability evaluations, threshold inspections, site feasibility studies, and values engineering analysis. For Environmental, consulting services shall include, but not be limited to, Phase I & II site assessments, site remediation, wetland studies, threatened and endangered species studies, groundwater remediation. Based on City needs, the location of the project management team will be evaluated along with other outlined requirements.
