Specifications include, but are not limited to: Airport Building and Facility Improvements: • Construct, Rehabilitate, or Remove Airport Buildings, including to T-Hangars, Maintenance Hangars, Executive Hangars, including associated Taxi Lanes, Utilities, and Drainage Systems. • Improvements to Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) • Improvements to Fuel Farm Facilities • Construction or Improvements of Access/Service Roads and Vehicular Parking • Construction or Improvements to Water, Sewer, Stormwater, and other Utilities • Construction or Improvements to Security Fencing, Access Control, Surveillance Systems, and other Security-Related Facilities or Equipment Runway, Taxiway, and Apron Improvements: • Construct, Expand, Widen or Rehabilitate Aprons, Runways and Taxiways • Runway Approach Improvements and Obstruction Removal • Remove Excess Pavement • Design and Construct Vertiport Airfield Lighting, Signs, and Navigation Aids: • Install, Modify, or Rehabilitate Runway and Taxiway Edge Lighting Systems and Signs • Rehabilitate or Replace Precision Approach Path Indicator (PAPI) Systems • Install, Rehabilitate, or Improve Apron Lighting • Construct Compass Calibration Pad (CCP) • Improve or Rehabilitate Airfield Lighting Vault and Standby Generator • Other Lighting and Navigation Aid Improvements Miscellaneous and Planning: • Assistance with Acquisition of Airport Equipment • Site Plan Design in Accordance with City LDR guidelines • Airport Maintenance Facilities • Assistance with Land Acquisition • Property Surveys, Photogrammetry and Mapping, Airspace Studies, Noise Studies, Drainage Studies, Industrial Park Plan, Environmental Assessments, and Other Related Services if required by the FAA or FDOT • Wildlife Management or Mitigation as recommended in the Wildlife Assessment • Master Plan Update • Review of the Airport Ordinances to verify that the City is in Compliance with the FAA and FDOT Guidelines and Grant Assurances • Review/Audit of leases to verify compliance with FDOT/ FAA grant assurances • Site plan design in accordance with City LDR guidelines
