Pursuant to Florida Statutes §287.055, Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act, the City of Sunrise is seeking to engage the services of qualified firms or individuals to provide Professional Engineering Services for the Josh Lee Boulevard Improvements Project. The City is seeking to hire a Florida licensed engineering design firm or individual with experience working with the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Transit Administration (FTA) projects that include roadway improvements, roadway resurfacing, curbs, gutter, stormwater drainage, multiuse pathway construction, signage, public transportation facilities, street/pedestrian lighting landscaping, and irrigation. Additionally, the firms or individuals must have experience working with Broward County to coordinate traffic striping and signage as well as surface stormwater management. The firms or individuals may utilize consultants for work that is secondary to the primary engineering tasks required under this project.
