RUNWAY, TAXIWAY, AND APRON IMPROVEMENTS Construct, Expand, or Rehabilitate Aprons. Construct, Extend, Widen, or Rehabilitate Runways 11-29, 07-25, and 02-20. Construct, Extend, Widen, or Rehabilitate Taxiways. Runway Approach Improvements and Obstruction Removal. Remove Excess Pavement. AIRFIELD LIGHTING, SIGNS, AND NAVIGATION AIDS Install, Modify, or Rehabilitate Runway and Taxiway Edge Lighting Systems and Signs. Rehabilitate or Replace Precision Approach Path Indicator (PAPI) Systems Install REILS for Runways. Install, Rehabilitate, or Improve Apron Floodlighting. Construct Compass Calibration Pad (CCP).
