The County of Volusia is seeking the services of professional consultants to provide communication systems engineering. The scope of services shall consist of, but not limited to: • Furnish guidance, investigation, study, design, and inspection for projects related to existing and proposed communications, audio-visual, and security systems. • Prepare plans, specifications, construction documents, cost estimates, engineer’s reports, review of bids, and preparation of recommendations for award; and to provide periodic inspection services, if required. • Engineering services, as needed, to design or modify new and existing communications systems, including plans, specifications, and construction management, as needed. • Construction review, construction administration services and construction management, as needed.
