4.1. SCOPE OF SERVICES A. Contractor Qualifications: Accordingly, prospective Contractor shall conform to the following minimum qualifications to be considered for award: 1. Contractor shall offer both of the following P-card platform(s) a. MasterCard b. VISA 2. Contractor shall have performed a successful P-card implementation process, completed within the last thirty-six months (3 years), with similar scope and size of the City 3. Contractor shall provide the City with a dedicated Strategic Account Manager with extensive P-card experience 4. Contractor shall provide a rebate program 5. Contractor shall be in the business of providing Procurement Cards and Services in a financial institution B. Contractor's Team: The Contractor shall have a team of qualified professionals dedicated to the successful implementation of the P-card Services Program, including, but not limited to: 1. Designated strategic account manager assigned to the City 2. Provision of exceptional customer service 3. Maintain a program of creativity and innovation to be consistent and compliant with a changing environment
