Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract with selected vendor for consultant services to document, catalog and provide written and graphical representation al all current business policies and processes to better understand the functional operations for: Business Affairs Student Information and Services Faculty Academic Affairs Human Resources Facilities Recruitment and Other related areas. 1.2 Intent The successful Proposers shall work with the Colleges IT (Business Analysts) staff to develop the business analysis and process mapping of the above identified areas and tasks and deliver a final report identifying ALL processes related to the current ERP (Odyssey). The selected vendor shall meet with various stakeholders in the process of gathering business process information to identify and catalog current business processes, identify the present status analysis and provide documentation of expected outcomes.
