1. Convert customer data to defined Charlotte County format, NCOA, append & bar-code with carrier route (bar-code will not be provided by Charlotte County), CASS sort, pre-sort file, laser print one (1) side form (or whatever is needed to provide the lowest postal rate). Trim, fold, insert into #10 envelopes, sort, tray and mail with Florida postmark on the date specified by the County when the data is given to Contractor. 2. Printing: One (1) single sided page form – page, 8 ½” x 11” or 8 ½” x 14” on #20 lb. white paper – black & gray. 3. #10 Envelopes 24 lb. white woven with a 1 ¼” x 4 ½” bottom window and the return address printed in the upper left-hand corner of envelope. The return address is to be black and white with black and white County seal to the left of the address. 4. The Contractor will supply Charlotte County with a digital copy of the print file, in PDF Format, for its records. This will serve as verification of the notices being posted in the event of future challenge. 5. Accounts containing multiple pages shall be placed into a single envelope. 6. Notices of 25 or more to the same exact address (provided in a separate file) shall be packed in one (1) envelope or box to provide postage saving
