Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following general tasks are suggested as basic approaches to the requested services. The proposer is encouraged to expand on these items and/orsuggest an alternative approach.A.Conduct research into Zoning and other land use controls that can serve as models for improving affordable opportunities and fair housingchoices.B.Prepare presentation materials consisting of power point, written documents, and other appropriate resources. The presentation will be directed tolocal elected officials and planning/zoning board organizations.The presentation must reflect a quality that is permissible for attendees to receive 2 hours of local government training credits per New York Staterequirements.C.Prepare a handbook (5 copies) in notebook form (i.e. 3 ring binders) that can be used as a reference for local officials concerning the topic.Contents of the notebook should include but not limited to the power point presentation, description of best practices in other areas, and aminimum of two model ordinance documents that could easily be inserted to a municipal zoning code
