The City of Winter Park is seeking bids for Plumbing Services and is open to all parties that meet the requirements of this solicitation. 3.1. Scope The Successful Respondent(s) will furnish all labor and tools necessary for installation, repair, maintenance, installation, and/or inspection of plumbing infrastructure on a 24-hour basis, seven (7) days a week. Travel time will not be considered when calculating elapsed time. The work will be distributed to the pool of Successful Respondents based on the following criteria: A. Emergency repairs (overtime rate and materials) B. Scheduled repairs and/or new installation (time and materials) C. Additional Miscellaneous Services (time and materials) 3.2. Services The services anticipated under the resulting contract include, but are not limited to, the following: A. Installation, repairs, or modification to water, sewer, and drain lines B. Installation, repairs, or modification to storm drains and roof drains C. Cleaning and unstopping of drains and sewer lines from 1" to 6" D. Installation, repairs, or modification on a variety of commercial and residential bathrooms (i.e. sinks, showers, toilets, hot water heaters, well pumps, holding tanks, drains, etc.) E. Installation, repairs, or modification on a variety of commercial and residential kitchens (i.e. dishwashers, drains, sinks, etc.) F. Installation and repairs to commercial and residential gas pipes, pipe insulation and heat taps
