The physical therapist shall provide physical therapy services to all public school students of Holmes County for whom such services are prescribed by a duly licensed physician; the physical therapist shall possess valid and appropriate credentials and shall hold a current therapy license from the State of Florida; the representative of the Holmes County School Board for the administration of the program under this Contract shall be the Administrator of Exceptional Student Education. This person shall be responsible for assessing the performance of the physical therapist providing services under this Contract, and for assuring that they are provided with copies of all State and District rules, policies and regulations relevant to their assigned duties
