Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Task I – Attend and take photos for one (1) Third Thursday Event on Main Street: Contractor may select one of the three following events; October 18, 2018, November 15, 2018 and December 20, 2018, between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. (during a period to capture daytime/twilight/night shots). b. Task II – Attend and take photos for the Trick or Treat Event on Main Street: Wednesday, October 31, 2018 between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. c. Task III – Attend and take photos for the Alachua Main Street Festival: Sunday, November 4, 2018 for the minimum of two (2) hours unless noted, between 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. d. Task IV – Attend and take photos for the Christmas Tree Lighting & Santa Visit: Friday, December 7, 2018 between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. e. Task V – Attend and take photos for the Christmas Parade: Saturday, December 8, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. f. Task VI – Visit and take photos at a Main Street Alachua event on at least three different occasions in addition to the events listed above in order to capture seasonal changes and daily activities of patrons during the Contract period.
