• Demolition of existing features, including asphalt pavement, interior fences, and other outdated infrastructure. • Installation of new utility infrastructure, grading, and drainage systems. • Enhancements such as landscaping with irrigation and lighting, construction of sidewalks and walking paths, and the addition of site furnishings and equipment. • Development of a new playground, including a synthetic turf surface, shade sail, mister, and a water fountain. • Construction of a fenced multipurpose field with artificial grass and a new lawn area surrounded by benches and picnic tables. • Resurfacing of the existing basketball court and installation of new backboard, rim, and post equipment. • Preservation of existing infrastructure including exterior sidewalks, trees, the existing restroom building, the perimeter fence, the tennis courts, the existing picnic pavilion, and sports lighting poles (with the exception of one pole to be relocated).
