Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Rectrac LLC d/b/a Vermont Systems was implemented in Parks, Recreation and Community Services in August 2015 under PSC625-14 and AD-0261-17. This request is to shift from a third party (gateway) merchant services to an integrated payment processing system that will be 100% compliant with Payment Card Industry (PCI) requirement. The integrated system will allow our payment system to be able to provide the most current payment options: Debit, credit, online, mobile payment, point of sale (in person) and eCheck to our guests at all our facilities. By completing this final task, the project Resource Management System-Resource Mgmt Phase 1 Park Management will be completed and our financial transactions will be fully compliant with the current federal/state/county laws and regulations for financial transactions.
