Patrick SFB, Florida – DECA Commissary Architectural and Refrigeration Upgrades. This project makes alterations to the existing Patrick SFB Commissary as follows:
a. Architectural and refrigeration upgrades including electrical upgrades and modifications, mechanical and plumbing improvements and modifications, restroom renovations, new LED lighting throughout and new Décor package to meet the current DeCA standards
b. Modifications to prefabricated insulated coolers and freezers; floor finishes in various areas to include new ceramic tile in the restrooms, VCT in the admin and entry areas and polished concrete in the main sales floor; wall finishes of paint; ceiling finishes of suspended acoustical panels and gypsum wallboard
c. Replace display cases indicated throughout Sales Area, including the central Refrigeration system and Refrigeration Monitoring Control System (RMCS)
d. Repair of roofing system at new rooftop mechanical units
e. Replace Fire Alarm system
