1. All signs shall be aluminum with a minimum thickness of .080 gauge. No substitutions will be accepted. Sign sizes will vary from 3’ x 4’ down to 1’6” x 6.” Quantities for all sign sizes will be provided on the 'pricing proposal' form. Some sizes may change due to font and text adjustments 2. Sign wrap material shall be 3M IJ180c Controltac Film with 3M 8518 Gloss overlaminate. No substitutions will be accepted. 3. Installation hardware shall be stainless steel, this includes but is not limited to screws, bolts, mounting brackets, etc. All materials must be rated for exterior application. 4. Any signs being mounted to stone or concrete must be installed using a stainless steel Tapcon 410 masonry screw. 5. No sign is to be mounted directly to chain link fencing. 6. Some signs may be double sided with different information on each side. 7. All signs are to be mounted directly to the posts with the top of the sign positioned at the bottom of the post cap. 8. All field identifier signs that are required to be mounted to existing metal poles shall be installed by drilling a pilot hole and using stainless steel self-tapping screws for securing. 9. All tennis court identifying signs are to be mounted on a 16” aluminum cantilever style wing L bracket, mounted with stainless steel self-tapping screws and stainless-steel nuts and bolts with lock washers. Example photo is provided within the 'Attachments' section of the solicitation. 10.All mounting applications must meet the Florida Building Code 8th Edition for wind loads up to 140 mph.
