Specifications include, but are not limited to: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Orange County, Florida, henceforth referred to as the County is accepting sealed bids for Parks Killarney Station Septic System Upgrade to Sanitary (Y24-706); To remove two on-site sewage disposal systems, place a gravity collection, accommodate two new lift stations, and extend the force main within park, connecting to the existing City of Oakland lift station. The improvements will be to a portion of section 30, township 22 south, range 27. The Contractor shall be responsible for all field survey work coincidental with completion of this Work as specified herein. All survey work shall be done under the supervision of a Registered Professional Surveyor and Mapper. The County will furnish, one time, a set of permanent reference markers along the line of work to form the basis for the above Contractor's survey. The Contractor shall supervise and direct the work efficiently and with his best skill and attention. He shall be solely responsible for the means, methods, techniques, sequences and procedure of construction, unless otherwise specified. The Contractor shall be responsible to see that the finished Work complies accurately with the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall keep on the site at all times during its progress a competent, resident superintendent who shall not be replaced without written notice to the Project Manager. The superintendent will be the Contractor's representative at the site and shall have authority to act on behalf of the Contractor. All communications given to the superintendent shall be as binding as if given to the Contractor.
