Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Install additional canister (six) 6 bays storage with 6TB Hard Disk Drive (HDD), (sixty) 60 calendar days of recording for cameras at 15fps 2MP resolution to existing Panasonic WJ-ND400 in Main County Courthouse (MCCH) Secure Evidence Room 3.2408. b. Install and terminate new patch panels, new CAT6 wires from Internet Security Systems (ISS) Main Distribution Frame (MDF) Cabinet at the Clerk’s Record Management Warehouse to each existing camera location accordingly using existing infrastructure, add J-Hooks where needed as depicted on Exhibit “1”. One pole mounted camera must be ran with fiber cable with converters back into the building. c. Install new infrastructure including J-Boxes, ½” Conduit, J-Hooks and Route CAT6 cables above drop ceilings utilizing existing cable trays and J-hooks to new network patch panels in the PBC ISS MDF cabinet to new camera locations, as indicated on Exhibit “1”. One pole mounted camera must be ran with fiber cable with converters back into the building. Actual locations to be determined at Prebid walkthrough and indicated on Exhibit “1”. d. Install (two) 2 Panasonic, outdoor, IP 360 degree cameras WS-4573L using Pana Panasonic mounts pole mount brackets at Records Warehouse locations to be determined at Pre-bid walkthrough and indicated on Exhibit “1”. e. Install (five) 5 Panasonic IP cameras WV-S2551LN on all remaining outdoor. Record Warehouse camera installations using Panasonic mounts. All outdoor require Ditek surge protector installed. Actual camera locations to be determined at Pre-bid walkthrough and indicated on Exhibit “1”. f. Install a new 64GB SDXC card on each Panasonic camera. g. Remove all analog cable for existing closed-circuit television (CCTV) system. Return all used CCTV equipment to Palm Beach County Electronics Services & Security. h. Use Exhibit “1” as reference for camera locations.
