The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to furnish and install a prefabricated metal building system measuring 60 feet by 120 feet, complete and ready for use, in accordance with project specifications, applicable building codes, and industry standards. The building system shall be specifically designed and engineered to withstand Category 5 hurricane wind loads as defined by the Florida Building Code and the latest ASCE 7 design standards. Following erection of the primary 60’ x 120’ building, the project will include the construction of various administrative spaces (such as offices, meeting rooms, and support areas), including the installation of lighting, HVAC, windows, and interior finishes.
