Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County is soliciting qualification Statements from interested personsand/or firms for the provision of web-based legal research services, as moreparticularly described herein. Through a Request for qualification processdescribed herein, persons and/or firms interested in assisting the County with theprovision of such services must prepare and submit a qualification Statement inaccordance with the procedure and schedule in this RFQ. The County will reviewqualification Statements only from those firms that submit a qualification Statement which includes all the information required to be included as describedherein (in the sole judgment of the County). The County intends to qualify person(s)and/or firm(s) that (a) possesses the professional, financial and administrativecapabilities to provide the proposed services, and (b) will agree to work under thecompensation terms and conditions determined by the County to provide thegreatest benefit to the taxpayers of County of Bergen
