Specifications include, but are not limited to: Professional porter services for the Lake Sumter Landing/Market Square, Live Oaks Park and Sunset Park. Porter Services shall be provided Monday through Sunday (7 days per week) from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, 365 days per year, including holidays (New Year’s Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day). All services shall be scheduled with District designated personnel. Supplier must provide after-hours contact information to the District. The Supplier, may, at times, be called upon to perform services other than during normal work hours (7:00 am – 4:00 pm - Monday through Sunday). Supplier shall be available for additional janitorial services as requested related to after-hours scheduled Special Events. Supplier shall not store any hazardous chemicals on District property for the performance of this contract. The Supplier will be required to bring all necessary supplies and remove all necessary supplies on a daily basis.
