Consultation/Assistance from Licensed Human Resource Manager(s) on personnel-related matters 2. Legal Representation and Consultation from Qualified Attorneys on labor and other related matters 3. Unemployment Claims Handling 4. Personnel File Maintenance/HRIS. 5. Drug Testing Services including Certified Medical Officer. 6. Background Screening Services 7. Compensation Analysis, Benchmarking Dashboards and Reporting 8. Paperless New Hire Onboarding 9. Employee Online Self Service 10. HR Document Library of Sample Policies Procedures, Job Descriptions 11. HR Compliance Services 12. Worker Safety Services B. Benefits The Coalition requires the Proposer to provide a detailed description of their benefits options to include, but not limited to: 1. Health, Dental, and Vision, Workers compensation Insurance, Open Enrollment Services 2. Voluntary/Supplemental Insurance such as Life, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Accident, etc. 3. Employee Assistance Program 4. Cobra Administration 5. Dedicated online and phone support for Benefits 6. Heath Savings Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts 7. Employee Discounts, Voluntary Benefits 8. Benefits Administration 9. ACA Compliance Support 10 C. Payroll The Coalition requires the Proposer to provide a detailed description of their payroll services to include, but not limited to: 1. Computation and Preparation of Payroll 2. Direct Deposit 3. Withhold Income Taxes, FICA, and other required deductions 4. Complete Quarterly Tax Filings 5. Complete W-2s 6. Customized Reporting 7. IRS Filing of ACA D. Online Services The Coalition requires the Proposer to provide a detailed description of their online services to include, but not limited to: 1. Timekeeping, Timesheets, Time Clocks, and Payroll Entry 2. Employee Onboarding/New Hire Enrollment/Employee Self Service Portal Access 3. Employee Portal and Benefit Enrollment E. Training Programs The Coalition requires the Proposer to provide a detailed description of their training program(s), if applicable
