In accordance with Florida Statutes §287.055, the Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act (“CCNA”), as amended, the CITY is soliciting qualifications from experienced and qualified firms to provide architectural, engineering, and other professional services for the development of a new high school. The proposed site, located immediately west of Don Soffer High School at 3151 NE 213th Street, Aventura, FL 33180, is planned to accommodate approximately 1,000 students. The selected firm will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of services for the design of this Project. These services include concept design, schematic design, cost estimation, construction documents, project coordination, and related tasks.
