Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful Proposer (hereinafter in this scope referred to as Consultant) shall provide all labor and materials for the design of the Manatee County Administration Building Parking Garage Reconstruction project includes but not limited to the following: 1. Provide conceptual design & renderings for a new pre-cast concrete or cast-in place post tensioned parking garage which accommodates parking for existing employees plus expansion. The County would like the team to explore the maximum height allowable by City ordinance and be presented with the best possible street level access location(s). Provide architectural design elements to the exterior to provide a unique and appealing building façade. 2. Provide controlled card access design for employees and paid parking design for the public. Public and County access will need to be segregated. 3. It is possible that the design might incorporate the existing Hampton Inn leased spaces into the design and the existing Merrill Lynch building area. 4. Explore and design if feasible office space above the garage. 5. Provide parking spaces for future shop vendors at the ground level 6. Provide a minimum of 12 EV supercharge (Level 3) metered connections at the ground level with space allocation for related generator. 7. Provide minimum of 2 covered pedestrian access points to the County Administration Building 8. Provide card access control to elevator for all levels. 9. Provide a loading dock(s) and large storage area 10. Design Rooftop solar panels to tie into a new system and rooftop greenspace. 11. Consider the existing Administration Building generator, chilled water system, radio tower and other existing utilities which may need to be replaced, reconfigure and/or remain in use during and post construction activities. 12. Develop in coordination with the client, the City of Bradenton and adjacent property owners, an MOT prior to demolition and identify parking spaces to accommodate all displaced users who currently park daily in the existing parking garage facility. 13. Design camera locations for each floor and within the elevator.
