All coupon books are to have a finished size of 3-2/3” tall by 8-1/2” wide. The size of the detachable payment coupon shall be 3-2/3” tall by 8” wide. Books shall be stapled (2 staples per book) and tape bound on the left side. Tape binding should cover the entire left edge of the book and the staples that bind the book. The cover of all domestic books produced from this contract shall be printed with the taxpayer name, mailing address, and the taxpayer Delivery-point Intelligent Mail Barcode. (Domestic mail is mail transmitted within, among, and between the United States of America, its territories and possessions, Army Post Offices (APOs), Fleet Post Offices (FPOs), Diplomatic Post Offices (DPOs) and the United Nations, NY.) Additional language will need to be personalized on the cover of the coupon books. The Department may require the additional language be changed throughout the year. The Department reserves the right to modify the language as needed throughout the term of the contract.
