The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying all necessary tools, parts, equipment, and labor to perform inspections and preventative maintenance on the County’s AquaCal heat pumps. Any repairs or replacements not covered under warranty will be billed at the agreed upon hourly rate, Replacement parts, equipment, and consumable materials will be invoiced at the vendor’s cost, including applicable freight charges. Inspections and preventative annual maintenance shall include, but are not limited to, the following tasks: 1. Providing detailed reports on equipment conditions along with recommendations. 2. Check and confirm the refrigerant charge levels. 3. Clean the evaporator coil. 4. Inspect the condensate drainage system. 5. Test the unit’s defrost cycle. 6. Test and verify the reversing valve.
