The work shall include the following tasks: 1. Removal of Existing Berm o Remove the existing berm-style wall separating the two stormwater ponds to allow consolidation into a single, larger pond. 2. Pond Excavation and Cleaning o Excavate and clean the sides and base of the combined pond to a depth of 12–24 inches, removing accumulated sediment, debris, and vegetation as needed. o Ensure proper grading and shaping to support stormwater flow and pond functionality. 3.
