If selected, Proposers shall provide peer support services to program participants referred by the Family Treatment Court Program. A. Proposers providing peer support services shall agree to the following: 1. Provide, as requested by the Court, Recovery Support Specialists (also referred to Peer Mentors) who will assist Family Treatment Court participants with obtaining resources, attend team staffings and court hearings, engage clients in treatment, help clients navigate treatment and the court system, and provide peer support and mentoring services. 2. Certify that the Recovery Support Specialists have the necessary training and background clearances to provide support services to Family Treatment Court participants. 3. Certify that the Recovery Support Specialists have not received any disciplinary action from the Florida Department of Health or any other licensing authority.
