Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Hollywood Office of Procurement and Contract Compliance requests proposals from qualified firms to provide Oracle ERP Cloud (Application Managed Services). This will include both functional and technical support functions. The selected firm should have an established managed services practice to lead the City in developing and troubleshooting configurations, providing continuous business support, conduct monthly and quarterly patch testing/issue resolution, provide interfaces support and development, create, explain and train end users on writing reports and running reports, workflow support and evaluate and recommend overall system enhancements including but not limited to being the City Liaison with Oracle for service requests and monitoring progress.
