The Contractor will be responsible for picking up canceled, suspended, and unusable pesticides (CSUP) throughout the State of Florida within the contracted year. Locations will be determined based on correspondence received by the Department from participants across Florida. (See Section XII., Regional Map, below) FDACS will not dispatch the Contractor on a collection round by region unless the total amount of CSUP to be collected and disposed of is at least 2,000 pounds. Each contracted year is anticipated to have up to four (4) collection rounds scheduled. It is anticipated that each facility on the route will have at least 100 pounds of CSUP. If a facility on the route has less than 100 pounds of CSUP, FDACS will pay for a minimum of 100 pounds at the Unit Price per Pound and the fixed rate Fuel Surcharge per Mile.
