Specifications include, but are not limited to: Orange County Public Schools (hereafter referred to as "OCPS or The District") is requesting solicitationsfrom qualified firms who can provide a "one stop shop" to solicit and fulfill school needs requests; and offera means for school-based fundraising. This is anticipated to be a revenue-generating contract, therefore,the district will not entertain any system that will require the purchase or installation of any hardware,software, set-up fees, etc.The on-line service will be accessed by both district and school-based staff. Community members willneed to be able to easily view all schools' needs lists and provide donations in a seamless transactionalmanner. The system shall be uniform and equitable in its service; and operate within the OCPS policiesand regulations for fundraising.
