a) Furnish five (5), 96-gallon wheeled cart with lid for mixed paper containers within seven (7) calendar days of notification. b) Respond to on demand service calls within forty-eight (48) hours after receipt of notification. c) Provide On-Site Shredding with the ability for County staff to view the destruction of all materials. d) Provide a Certificate of Destruction with details on the number of boxes and/or disposal containers destroyed. e) Verify the material will be recycled by a “Registered Recycler” with the State of Florida. f) Be accessible to the department’s requests Monday through Friday during working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM via phone and/or e-mail. g) Thoroughly clean up all areas where work has involved the collection, shredding, and removal of documents as mutually agreed with a County representative. h) Awarded Bidder’s employees are NOT to be accompanied in the work area by acquaintances, family members, or any other person who is not authorized by a representative of the County. i) A County representative will accompany the Awarded Bidder to gain access to the facility. Awarded Bidder shall not access any restricted facility area unless authorized by a County representative.
