Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Hillsborough County Parks and Recreation Department seeks qualified Contractor(s) to perform officiating services for its adult and youth recreational sports leagues including tackle and flag football. The Contractors shall provide sports officiating services throughout the entire season that the sport event is conducted. Seasons are defined as; winter, spring, summer, and fall. The exact date, time, and location of each game shall be provided by the Hillsborough County Parks and Recreation Department before the start of each season. The seasons shall generally run as follows: · Winter Season - December through February · Spring Season - March through May · Summer Season - June through August · Fall Season - September through November
