The Work is generally described as furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services and incidentals necessary to provide the Owner with the following project elements: Oxidation Ditch Remediation Pressure wash interior and exterior walls, and basin slab floor. Remove and replace all interior and exterior expansion joint filler and sealer materials. Seal the minor and major cracks in the concrete basin walls. Clean and repair all concrete spalling on basin walls. All work shall be in accordance with the construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Oxidation Ditch Mechanical Improvements Remove existing mechanical aerators and replace with new equipment. Remove existing effluent weir gate and replace with new equipment. All work shall be in accordance with the construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
