Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The service provided is a sole source program. Unlike other generic programs, OELL’s Coaching and Mentoring service contract was designed specifically to meet the wants of the district, incorporating the elements of the district’s strategic plan, leadership standards, and professional development needs. Importantly, the contract is designed to create a coaching system which, once the consultancy is over, will leave in place a sustainable and administered coaching and mentoring system. It develops district personnel to become the facilitators and administrators of the program by the end of the consultancy, leaving behind a sustainable element of the leadership development pipeline from teacher leader to principal supervisor.
