Specifications include, but are not limited to: Citrus County, Florida (“County”) invites interested parties to submit a Bid for the Work necessary to provide Bridge Repairs to the N. Museum Rd over the Indian River, said Work to include, but not be limited to, providing all supervision, labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and any permits required for the Work. The construction Scope of Work includes bridge and associated roadway improvements along North Museum Rd over the Indian River as shown in the construction documents referenced by Project and Bid Number. These improvements include, guardrail replacement, thrie-beam retrofit along an existing concrete post and panel rail system, bridge expansion joint replacement, cathodic protection, and pile jacket installation on steel piles, lead based paint removal and steel coating, asphalt concrete crack repair, concrete crack repair, and sand-cement riprap repair. Work will also require Maintenance of Traffic (MOT).) as shown in the construction documents. Technical Special Provisions, construction specifications and standard plans for this project include, Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) FY 2022-23 Standard Plans for Road and Bridge Construction, FDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, July 2022, and Coating Specification Bridge Number 024019 Museum Road over Indian Bridge, dated December 9th, 2021 (included with the contract documents for this project).
