Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project includes safety improvements on Fort North Christmas Road from Lake Pickett Road intersection and continuing northwest for approximately 0.374 miles. Roadway improvements include road widening with 4-foot paved shoulders and 2-foot unpaved shoulders, milling and resurfacing and full depth reconstruction with asphaltic concrete structural course and friction course, cross-slope correction to the extent possible, type B stabilization, soil cement base or black asphalt base, clearing and grubbing, excavation, embankment and grading, 6-inch thick concrete driveways, standard and special deep post guardrail with parallel end treatments and miscellaneous asphalt, type A fencing, relocating mailboxes, and signing and pavement markings including single post sign removal/relocation and installation, profiled thermoplastic pavement markings, and retro-reflective pavement markers.
