It is the intent of the City of Mount Dora to obtain Bids from qualified and experienced, commercial utility contractors to provide the required services to the City of Mount Dora, the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) and the Northeast Community Redevelopment Agency (Northeast CRA). The Bidder awarded this ITB must meet or exceed all terms, conditions and specifications of the City of Mount Dora. The successful Contractor shall have the capacity and capability to perform the needed services noted herein within the timeframe noted. The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, fuel, equipment, tools, services, and supervision necessary to provide the required services. Project substantial completion shall be at 60 days with final completion 30 days later. The City anticipates this work to start during the winter months to minimize wet weather impact. A firm start date will be determined with the successful Contractor and a Notice to Proceed issued.
