- QUESTION: Possible to label each door picture in the Amendment 0001 name in Section 1.6.2
- ANSWER: See Attachment (1) Rev-1
- QUESTION: Do all existing door paddles need to be replaced if they are in working order?
- ANSWER: Door (1) breaker bar can remain in place. Door (2) must be replaced and door (5) installed.
- QUESTION: Can the existing door strikes be used, or do they need to be replaced?
- ANSWER: Door (1) strike can remain in place. All other door strikes must be replaced
- Demo / Removal Section 1.5.1
- QUESTION: Why does the existing Kaba locks need to be replaced. Those locks will act as a storeroom function handset and will keep doors secure. Those locks will become a dummy device.
- ANSWER: Access Control will only grant access into the equipment room for staff with Gov't ID and create a log entry of who gained access.

However, the following are brand required due to “The equipment has been standardized within National Weather Services-Southern Region (NWS-SR) and has passed all required information technology security protocols. This specific equipment is required to ensure SRH can provide internal support, back-up software changes, and keep security systems operational at each of the region's Weather Forecast Office’s if a local controller was to fail. All licensing is contained in the Extreme Controller at SRH.”
