This project is supported by Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds, administered through Lee County, and aims to address post-disaster infrastructure needs while mitigating future flood risks and improving overall community resilience. The revitalization effort consists of the following project, Newton Park Beach Facility Reconstruction, constructing a resilient, environmental and education as well as passive recreation area, while providing for a community space that accents and provides an open-air classroom to replace the historic "Seven Seas" cottage lost to the storm surge. . Through this solicitation, the Town seeks an experienced, Landscape architecture and design firm to provide comprehensive professional services that align with FEMA flood mitigation guidelines, CDBG-DR program requirements, and sustainable development best practices. The project will not only restore these vital community assets but also integrate resilient infrastructure solutions to protect against future climate-related threats
